Vicki Masters

Vicki Masters has had a long and varied career in the performing arts, spanning the US and Europe. A graduate of Furman University (Masters in Music Education) and Converse College (Masters in Piano Performance), she has taught piano at Furman University and North Greenville College. In the world of musical theatre, she has had extensive experience , touring with the hit musical "Always...Patsy Cline" as musical director, conductor and original arranger, as well as serving as resident musical director for Greenville's Theatre on the Green, directing numerous Off-Broadway musicals in New York City, and acting as musical director for the Flat Rock Playhouse and Asheville Community Theatre. She has conducted musicals throughout the US including productions at San Diego Repertory Theatre, Tampa Bay Performing Arts Centre, Arkansas Repertory Theatre, The Grand Ole Opry, and the Spoleto Festival.

As an educator, she has taught piano and voice in Greenville, Asheville, Knoxville, and New York. As a performer, she has been active as a recitalist, chamber musician, and accompanist, performing throughout the Southeast and New York, as well as in Austria and Hungary. Her choral activities include acting as music director of Marist Colllege choirs, Tennessee Valley Unitarian Universalist Church, and currently the St. Matthias Lutheran Church in Easley, SC.
